I am sorry it's taken this long for me to tell you how impressed I was with the Short Sale Workshop you coordinated.

First off, I must say there was some hesitation on my part initially. This subject matter is very emotional and most of us can relate to it in many ways. There is also varying schools of thought on how its presented, and I was concerned that it was communicated with the homeowner's best interests in mind.

As soon as you opened, I realized you were a professional and had experience along with composure (even when we had people standing you didn't break a sweat while bringing in additional chairs are directing participants quietly and confidently). I knew you had it together, but I was still anxious to hear Will Weaver's approach to this sensitive topic.

He proved to be one of the most charismatic, engaging and sincere speakers I've had the pleasure of hearing (and believe me, I've heard many!) His mannerism exuded trustworthiness and (most importantly) integrity. The subject matter was handled expertly and he continually stressed the integrity issue which really won me over:)

While this particular topic is a hot one now, unfortunately for our housing market and economy, both Will and your presentation of it will help local real estate agents truly understand, help people and sustain their business through this temporary market turmoil.
